Working from before the license application, our team were led by a partner who became the second person in the company - acting as Chief Commercial, Strategy and Financial Officer.
We created the detailed business plans and models to secure $300 million of bank guarantees as well as identify the right strategy for the largest WiMAX deployment in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
We also negotiated with other operators and the regulator to form the commercial agreements and positioning necessary for a new entrant in the market.
The plans encompassed over a million homes passed and investments of up to $1 billion.
Our team successfully built up the commercial section of the operation until it reached critical mass.
